This study was carried out with an objective to investigate the antibacterial, antifungal and larvicidal potentials of leaves of Andrographispaniculata.  In the present study, the microbial activity of ethonolic extracts of leaves of larvicidal was evaluated for potential antimicrobial activity against medically important bacterial and fungal strains. The antimicrobial activity was determined in the extracts using agar disc diffusion method. The antimicrobial activity was observed against Escherichia coli (20 mm), followed by Klebsiellapnuemoniae (13 mm). The lowest activity levels were observed against Proteus vulgaris and B.megaterium (6 mm each) and Antifungal activity against Aspergillusnigershowing inhibition of 09 mm. The larvicidal activity were also shown good active against Ae Aegypti and Cxquinquesasciatus. These results suggest the leaf extracts of Andrographispaniculata as a promising adult emergence inhibitor against vector mosquitoes.
