Synthesis & evaluation acid Hydrazides and their derivatives for their anthelmintic activity was determined. Synthesized the acid Hydrazides derivatives (BPO-1 to BPC-4). When Hydrazides are conjugates with other aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic ring produces various type of biological activity. Amide derivatives are synthesize very easily by the reaction of substituted acid group (-COOH) with different substituted amines. Recrystallized the synthesized molecules by using Propanol. Purification is done by analytical methods (TLC), & spectroscopic methods (FT-IR Bruker). Insilico methods for derivatives were carried out using Molinspiration software. Determined the Physicochemical parameters (Insilico), Bioactivity scores for derivatives. Helminthiasis is a disease in which a part of the body is infested with worms such as pinworm, roundworm or tapeworm. As per WHO only synthetic drugs are frequently used in the treatment of helminth infestations in human beings but these synthetic drugs are out of reach of millions of people and have a lot of side effect. Evaluated for anthelmintic activity of molecules were carried out by Preparing different concentrations (30/50/100 mg/ml) by using suitable solvents. Assay was performed by using Earthworms (Garg’s method).
