Synthesis Charecterization and biological evaluation of 1-(5-(4-aminobenzoyl) -2,2-dimethyl-1,3,4-Oxadiazole-3(2H)-yl)ethanone

A B S T R A C T
Synthesis of 1,3,4 oxadiazole  derivatives containing aromatic rings were synthesised by the condensation of 4-amino-N-(propan-2-ylidene) benzohydrazide with acetic anhydride. It forms 1-(5-(4-aminobenzoyl)-2, 2-dimethyl-1,3,4-Oxadiazole-3(2H). The structure of these newly synthesized compounds were characterised by ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, MASS, IR, elemental analysis.
